Clubhouse Festival Names its Headliners, and EDM Fans are Seriously Pumped
Fans of electronic dance music are in for a treat when the Clubhouse Festival returns to Maryland on October 19. The event will see some of the biggest names in EDM perform at the Laurel Park race track. In addition to featuring fan favorite DJs, the 2nd annual Clubhouse Festival will unveil a brand new Beats & Brews Greenhouse, which is a new immersive beer garden that celebrates Maryland's finest craft brews.
Music & Mojitos has learned that REZZ, Madeon, Two Friends, and Elephante are this years Phase 1 headliners. Last year’s inaugural event saw Steve Aoki, Tyga, Rich The Kid, Sam Feldt, and Lost Kings tear the house down.
REZZ is a major get for the festival. Billboard Dance named the Canadian DJ its 2017 Breakout Artist of the Year. Known for her sinister and outrageous live shows, she's expected to bring that same kind of twisted energy to the Clubhouse Festival. Madeon, who will also be performing, called REZZ the "most exciting new project in this world." REZZ's debut LP Mass Manipulation garnered fan acclaim across the globe, which solidified the DJ as an in-demand act at every festival stage she graces. Her 2018 follow-up album Certain Kind of Magic also earned praise from EDM fans.
The Clubhouse Festival will also host a variety of food and drink vendors, in addition to merchandise booths. Announcements are expected to be made soon about brands who will keep attendees stomaches full, and bodies somewhat covered. The newly launched Beats & Brews Greenhouse will host 21+ guests. Fans who purchase upgraded tickets will be given official Clubhouse Fest souvenir Beats & Brews cups, which will be accepted at filling stations inside of the greenhouse. Get thirsty, because the artists who are performing at the festival are going to make you bounce.
Tickets for the 2nd annual Clubhouse Festival are available to purchase here. Shuttle bus service will be available from Downtown Baltimore, Towson University, University of Maryland, and Washington DC.
